8 p.m. Sunday, August 3. 6th floor. Guess what? People are moving furniture in and out AGAIN and 606 has already started their night of ceaseless nocturnal roaming. NOT a place for working individuals. As I write this, 606 arrives with "impaired judgment" slamming doors and creating a raucous which will not cease until about 3.30 a.m. There's a reason why that portion of the hall has, a part from themselves, completely changed hands in the past 6 months. Among many direct observations, with supporting photos, is an individual going up and down the central stairs upwards a dozen times at night violently slamming doors. Should I post?
