I found this card in my things and it reminded me of when I tried to buy my first house and the realtor here (GLORIA GONZALEZ) completely SCREWED ME OVER! I paid an escrow amount and an inspection fee, for them to later tell me they used the wrong social security number and I was NOT qualified for the house I was spending money on. I never saw the inspection, the realtor told me I didn't need to come and the inspector later told me they used my paid inspection for the next homeowner, so they didn't have to pay one. So nice of them to do that for them, on my DIME!! I know I was young and dumb and didn't understand any of the home buying processes properly, but they completely took advantage of that and screwed me over. She is super sweet an friendly and most of all professional I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help on buying a home. Bought a house from them 6yrs ago remodeled by them and their crew i noticed many things i brought up they fixed those issues but their contractors work was trash one room they redid the ceiling had zero insulation put back in i noticed it when i went in attic. Mirror in bathroom had 4'x4' hole behind mirror, they didn't bother to patch just covered by hanging mirror. Bathroom fixture, ceiling fan and light fixture in hallway dangerous and not replaced properly or up to code no fixture box just piece of wood to screw into and im left having to do things properly. Changing a fixture should take 30 minutes to an hour but it takes hours and extra trips to hardware store to do thing the right way

I'm an Electric Engineer looking to start an electronics repair business. I came here to find some info regarding renting a house in oak cliff. The owner of this business didn't even bother to say hello or even try to help me. I would NEVER treat a customer this way, how rude. I got stuck talking to his secretary. She's nice, but didn't know much about renting. I would NOT recommend doing business with this establishment. If they treat renters like this, imagine how you'll be treated when looking to buy a home?

Not even giving this realty business a review!! The realtor Lady that came to show a property across the street from me. Is a rude pers2! I've taken care of the.yard across the street for 2 years saw rats and varmints coming from there. My husband mowed that nasty front yard for w yrs. But I bet it won't even make a difference for some of you.
