I am writing this for a friend who lived there for a year. First of all when she moved in we showed up at the property and knocked on the office door at the time scheduled with U haul truck loaded. The maintenance man came to the door and told her to come back in 45 minutes to an hour that the lady was on lunch, at 2:30 pm?? Drove by her unit and they were still painting the apartment. She had been scheduled to move in for over two weeks and they are not ready? Upon move in I felt so bad for my friend. The faucets in the tub were just hanging, the tub would not drain the chain stopper was lodged shut, the kitchen sink sprayer was hooked up wrong and you couldn't move it, there was paint all over the lament flooring and there are no closet doors. The property manager Shawna has been the absolute best! She is an amazing property manager if something needs fixed don't hesitate to say anything cuz she is on it! This is the first time renting on my own and I can say 10/10 recommend! Like I said she amazing she is fast at getting you in! And just a bundle of joy she is the best like I said if your looking for a home here is where I call home and feel as if the property manager really cares about the property and the happiness of her tenants this where where you should call home! Edit: review of this apartment has changed! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! They charge extra fees during rental period and after moving out and refuse to help me figure out what the fees are for and sent me to a collection company AFTER 7 months of not living there! Reimbursement fee because we supposedly never charge but we definitely were as base rent was $885 and paid close to $930 each month. I would give this apartment a full 5 stars if the property owner and management company gave their employees more resources! The only reason you are getting a 4 star is for your employees on the property EVERYDAY for example Heather Gross. I recently had the pleasure of viewing an apartment at Pine Hills Complex and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service provided by the manager Heather Gross. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the complex. Although she told us she was new she answered all my questions and made sure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Heather was also very accommodating and flexible with my schedule. She arranged the viewing at a time that was convenient for me, and even gave me a tour of the complex. From what I've experienced, the property owners don't supply their management team with the resources they need to do their job fully aka supporting the tenants. I will now list everything wrong with this place. 1. The facilities like plumbing and air/heat are old and have been neglected from regular maintenance. Because of this, so many of us have water issues or air and heating issues - I have experienced TWO floodings in my unit alone within the past 12 months causing some of my appliances and property to be irreparably damaged. I do not expect the owners to reimburse us. 2. No washer or dryer hook-ups, just the filthy, unkept laundromat.
