Not only are these not small apartments, they're nice, fresh very spacious apartments. I have been impressed in my visits here to visit a family member. Also feel very safe here. Good overall "vibe"

I am retire and looking for a quite affordable place to live. So I saw this ad for Vallihi Senior Apartments in Fort Valley, so I called and was given an appointment to fill out an application. I was given a list of things that I needed to bring to apply. I brought in everything and then I was asked for divorce papers from ten years ago. I had already presented the most current divorce papers. I don't understand. Then I was asked questions that I thought wasn't necessary to ask. I feel like I have been discriminate against. I have applied to several LIHTC property. This is the first time I was asked to prove that I was divorce twice. I have never been asked about the reference codes on my benefit verification letter.
