Valleyheart Apartments

An absolute nightmare living in this horrid building. The most inhumane supervisors, property owners we have ever experienced. They should be put in jail for the way they treat their tenants. It's all about money and they will make your life hell. They gaslight you, treat you like your less than dirt. BE WARE! this property was RED TAGGED after the Northridge earthquake. It is VERY UNSAFE - and the property owners and supervisors at the office simply do not care about safety, clean living environments, they will treat you like dirt. They run you around in circles telling you to send emails and take pictures and they NEVER DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE. They raised the rent $250 and will not fix issues with the apartments that are in shambles because of the building being red tagged. The building

What an unpleasant and super unprofessional experience. Made an appt to check out the rental. Arrived there on time and tried to get a hold of the manager, Melissa, for 10-15 minutes. No answer. She finally calls back and says that it’s actually a self-guided tour and that she’s actually not working. This information was never relayed to me at all by any form of communication. The apt looks terrible like a hurricane just went through it. I guess they don’t care about business or customer service.

Lived here for 6 years, never had an issue. Manager Melissa is on top of things and is very personable. It’s a Quiet building and neighbors are friendly.

13712 Valleyheart Dr APT 201 and 202 were using my credit cards to order themselves some groceries!! Got Ya!!

Paper thin flooring and walls. Disrespectful neighbors.
