Valleyfield (Coming Soon - Flats at 2875!)

This property looks really nice and inviting! I have a friend who rents an apartment here. So, I was asking questions about the rent, availability, etc. Valerie was so sweet and answered all of my questions. Quinton came in to update her while I was in the office. They seem to really work well together to stay on top of things. If I do rent in Lexington, these two made Valleyfield seem super inviting!

I have 0 complaints about the property manager, Valerie. She's the best. Always available to answer questions and help me with anything the apartment needs. When me and my husband were looking for a 2bd apartment, we chose to stay in this complex and moved from our 1bd at Valleyfield to a 2bd unit! We love the community, it is quiet, safe, and Quentin is on top of all maintenance requests.

After visiting with my grandmother at this property, I must say I am impressed! Your property manager, Valerie, is so helpful and pleasant. When there is an issue with anything, Quentin always responds in a timely manner. He has a very good attitude as well. Overall, I think you have a very well ran affordable property.

Valleyfield Apartments at 2875 Palumbo Drive in Lexington. Kentucky is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Valerie the manager and Quinton the maintenance supervisor are the best. I moved in here in June of 2023. The move in process was stress free. The prices are the best for all the pluses you get. The best plus is ground floor living with no one above or below you. I never hear anything from the apartment beside me or behind me. The same goes for the outside. It is so quiet when sitting outside on your own private patio. The mature trees provide lots of shade in the warm weather (which lowers you electric bill). Another plus is parking is plentiful and near your door. I have lived in several apartment communities in the area and the management and maintenance of this property exceeds them all. They are quick to address the concerns and issues of the residents. The buildings and the grounds are always well maintained. Personally, I think it’s one of the best apartment complexes in the city of Lexington.
