Valley View is a great place to live and Taylor and Shawn have been nothing but the most helpful and kind property managers I’ve ever known. Any maintenance issue I submitted was dealt with swiftly and with care by John, who’s trustworthy and always makes me feel taken care of here. I really have to question past negative reviews on this page… they sounded a bit outlandish. This is the longest I lived in one apartment, and it’s because it’s a cozy home, my neighbors are respectful, the rent is reasonable, the people who work here make it great.

The maintenance staff at Valley View Apartments are friendly, responsive, and professional. Whenever an issue comes up, they handle requests quickly and make sure the job is done right the first time. They also keep the common areas clean and well-maintained, which really adds to the comfort of living here. I have probably lived here longer than anyone else...and for a reason. Love it here. Love the latest management (have been here through 3). Taylor is an amazing person and manager. He truly cares about your residential experience. Heck sometimes we get just get to talking about hunting and fishing when I see him on site. He has always addressed any issue I have had in a timely and professional manner thanks to the crack maintenance team in place. Very relaxed and chill place. You will love it.

I really appreciate Taylor’s helpfulness and patience as he guided us through the registration process. I also enjoyed his sincere pride in the freshly upgraded apt we were getting. In a tech world, the human traits are increasingly precious!
