Valley Road Villa

Valley Road Villa apartments are a good place they are very quiet and the people that live here are pretty nice and respectful and the manager that runs the building during the day she is really respectful and really nice and the night manager is very nice and respectful as well I have nothing bad to say about the Valley Road Villa Apartments I've lived here for 4 years and have no problems other than it would be nice if they had a little Fitness room down on the first floor that people could use that live here

I turned in my application while under the understanding that I would be on the 4th floor (was told as though I had the place) and was given all of the move in information, however I was rejected and they never returned my calls. The reasons that they claim I was rejected for are non existent. I want to know what they were looking at because none of the reasons or reason listed were me or the son I had on the application with me. I wanted them to send or show me what they saw as to why however no call has ever come in. I can prove that the information they reviewed is not me (I jumped through hoops to get my identity fixed after someone had stolen it) but they seem to not even give me the time of day now. This is not how you do business with people.

A family member of mine resides at this property Worst place to ever live in Cleveland,Ohio the residents are nosey and gossips about other tenants overheard with the manager gossiping rude tenants they always in other family’s business that resides there also telling others ppl how to raise their children just over all worst experience ever

Been living at Valley rd villa for 9 yrs. I have no complaints and the staff manager is one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet. It's quiet and pieceful

My upstairs neighbor is to loud , don't know how to walk ,I call the police several times, administration doesn't care 😒...
