Valley Ridge Apartments

I was only a resident here for one year but i really enjoyed my time here. I had a cozy 2 bedroom unit and all the utilities were working and no major issues. When my sink leaked everywhere they had maintnence on it within a day or two. Adele and Tracy are both very pleasant to work and communicate with. The only negative i had about the apartment is strictly due to the location itself. I was on the residential side where the office is so it was safer but if you're on the other side of the fence by the gas station and big open alley way it doesn't feel as safe cuz theres just a lot of foot traffic and dumpster diving. I mean this is still downtown Eugene so pretty par for the course. But if u get a unit on the the side where the office is you'll be fine. (Just a heads up in case you live

We stayed here for 16 months, the Manager Adele and her assistant and all of her staff were amazing, respectful, helpful and answered our questions and concerns before and during our stay.( believe me we were looking for other apartments and Managers not always are respectful as Adele) Whenever we need maintenance they showed up very quickly, sometimes in the same day and they were following after solving the problem to make sure we are satisfied. Thank you Adele and team, thank you guys for doing your job perfectly.

The staff at Valley ridge were so helpful. They made sure I got my deposit back and were all around good landlords. I needed to find a place quick and they made the whole process easy. Thanks Valley Ridge!

Staff here does an incredible job. Especially considering the conditions and hurdles - on multiple levels - they are given to work with. Really shows their perseverance, as well as their commitment to balancing very difficult situations. On a unrelated, and compartmentalized, note: I think Redstone Residential's new "hip" socialite/hipster marketing for this place is severely out of touch, as well as pandering to the lowest hanging fruit of people that often have very little to zero intellectual self-defense. But I'm sure they are not so void of common sense that when they show up to inspect the place before moving in they might realize the boho bait and switch. Office staff informative and friendly, unit had fresh paint and carpet. oven is a refurbished one. Back stair rail a bit wobble and needs reflective tape replaced. Security cameras would be nice by dumpster, and security screen ft doors would also be a plus. quiet most of the time.
