Teri has many connections that were able to help us sell the properties quickly and to overcome obstacles we encountered. She even saved us some money in the process of readying the house for sale. The listing was complicated since it involved two properties and she was able to offer various options to buyers. The advertising photography was impeccable, and included a wonderful flyover video of the properties. Throughout the entire process Teri was in constant contact and always available to answer questions. She is a first-rate realtor and we highly recommend her!
