I have had minor issues with my apartment but they have come right away to fix my issues and they have been very nice to me. I keep to myself and i pay my rent on time. My apartment is very small, but in good condition. I can't afford much else so i take care of what i have. I made a few cosmetic changes to the countertop because the last tenant must have been a smoker and burned the counter; nothing a little renter-friendly peel and stick can't fix. I could use updated appliances but they work for the most part. My only issues is the upkeep of the appearance of the property. The building could use some fresh paint and the porch needes fixed and the building sprayed down. They need a super in the building to mop and vacuum.This is a beautiful historic neighborhood the building should look

If I could this company negative stars I would I’m not about to go into a whole long thing about my experience with them, I’ve put it behind me and have been fortunate enough to purchase a home thankfully, I’m simply going to say you will get exactly what you pay for unfortunately, I understand money is tight for a lot of folks, so all I can say is : PLEASE PLEASE EXHAUST ALL OF YOUR OPTIONS BEFORE RENTING FROM VP !!!! I get that some people might have had a bad experience with this company. As of today I cannot speak ill of a company that has worked with me in every aspect of a very tough time in my life. My neighbor (single mother with kids) has had a hole in their roof for a year, now the ceiling is caving in and mold is everywhere. They showed me where she put in multiple maintnence requests. Avoid at all costs. Once its fixed ill delete this review

I wish I could give a half of star, valley properties is the worst place to rent/buy from the workers gabby Ryan and all the maintenance people are trash, the office will talk to you like your a literal piece of trash and the maintenance men will steal out of your home and do crappy fixes. I lived in 126 north locust street the place was infested with roaches and mice birds living in the walls, I had 3 floods all from the toilet supply line and I called the office to have them come fix it well gabby proceeds to tell me it’s my fault a 50 year old pipe busted and refused to replace my furniture and carpet, fire alarms don’t work and when they do the roaches that live in them make them go off at random times, oh and the floods would be so bad that from the 3rd floor down to first all have wa
