When i lived there they hardly fixed anything, the ceiling in the bathroom literally fell in it took them three weeks to fix it and it constintly leeked. They told me i didnt give them proper notice before i moved so they kept my deposit. Every time a neighbor would move the roaches left to. For your own safety dont move here. They take advantage of illegals who cant complain.

This is a great place to live if you like crack, don't want to raise your children in a safe environment, or don't have any ambitions in life. The property owner listed in the GA SOS, Soang Lieu, located at 8988 Bethany Wood Trail, Jonesboro, GA 30236, must not really care about this property, but then again if you are making hundreds of thousands of dollars to let people live illegally with little police presence, then why would you. Great job managing the property Soang Lieu!

Cheap run down apartments . They work with you to rent even with bad credit. Hispanic populated area. Near there convenience stores as well as a laundromat
