Valley Oak Apartments

My family moved to these apartments in 1999. It has always been a safe and comfortable place. The management has been constantly helpful and sweet. They do their job very well and have a staff that is incredibly friendly and approachable. They all work hard to provide immediate assistance to the tenants. Whenever there is a problem it will be taken care of. The apartments themselves are comfortable and spacious. I enjoy taking pictures of the flowers that bloom all around the property and the echo system is healthy with many types of birds, cats, butterflies, and more. It really is a nice place to be. I lived at Valley Oak for almost a year. I wouldn’t have moved but the virus took a toll and I had to. I genuinely don’t understand all negative reviews about this place, maybe they lived there when there was different management or something but I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My apartment was beautiful and exactly what I needed. The property is always so beautiful, beautiful tall trees and green grass. If I ever needed anything Amanda was always there to help me. Shannon and Amanda were very helpful. They are both nice and knowledgeable. The property is clean and well maintained. If someone makes a mess it is cleaned up quickly. The office responds promptly to inquiries. Our neighbors are all nice and peaceful. We are enjoying our apartment, the pool and the spa. Thank you again Shannon and Amanda for making our move easier.

Before anything I want to say Thank you Shannon for always being so kind… but Amanda, will try to act like she’s nice and just by her face you know everything bothers her. She treated us different because we moved out 3 months later. Can you blame us? This is what our apartment looked like on move in, Amanda got upset because we asked her to fix some stuff. The apartment looked completely beat. The washers wouldn’t work ever. We had a washer flood the whole laundry room and our clothes was stuck in there for about an hour while they fixed it. Our apartment had a water leakage and the carpet lifted and got damaged. All we got offered was a fan. We had a billion baby spiders crawling in our bathroom once. Roaches would come out every other day. Out of the 3 months I was there about a week. I

Great experience living here! Amanda and Shannon (management team) are amazing! Super friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any issues. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which really makes a difference. The property is well-kept, quiet, and feels safe. The location is super convenient! You have your grocery stores, nail salons, gas stations, parks, restaurants, etc all within less than a mile! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to live.
