I’ve lived at this apartment complex for about four years and dealing with the old management was an absolute headache. Very often they would not answer maintenance requests and would tell residents that they were not going to help because it wasn’t worth their time. Ever since Valley First took over I’ve had swift and excellent assistance from their maintenance team and I’m extremely grateful.

Zero Stars. Valley First Property Management is a masterclass in how NOT to run a business. From top to bottom, this company is a mess — and it all starts with the owner, Ernesto, who clearly has no idea what he's doing, or just doesn’t care. Either way, tenants are the ones who suffer. Ernesto hides behind a wall of excuses while his maintenance team — if you can even call it that — runs wild and gets nothing done. Speaking of maintenance, special shoutout to Dave, the chain-smoking "handyman" who shows up smelling like an ashtray, blabbers non-stop for hours, and STILL somehow manages to fix absolutely nothing. While he’s at your house, he’ll casually hang his disgusting jacket on your kitchen cabinets like he owns the place — all caught on camera. They must think tenants are clueless,

Overall we have been really happy with the management but this review is for the landscaping crew. Not only do they do a really good job but they are so kind. Going as far as taking my garbage can back for me which is absolutely not necessary but so appreciated. The kindness here is really hard to find as a renter. We appreciate them a lot as well as the maintenance team who he is fast and efficient when needed.

I use Valley First to manage my rentals and they do a fantastic job. Especially Dave who performs the maintenance he goes above and beyond to ensure maintenance issues are addressed quickly!

I've lived in the Shilo Apartments on Center St for almost 5yrs now and I've absolutely loved it here! Valley First Property Management was the second Property Management Company that overseed these since I've lived here and I have to say they've been really good to work with!
