Valley Executive Tower

Valley Executive Tower on Ventura Boulevard is a solid four-star experience in my book, though with a big caveat. I come here often, but only to visit the retail space, so I can’t speak to the office suites upstairs. The building itself is modern, well-kept, and feels like a quality property in a prime spot. The retail spaces are inviting and add real value to the neighborhood, which is why I keep coming back. The real problem is the parking. When the parking attendant is on duty, he is consistently excellent — professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful in managing a busy lot. But the moment he’s not around, the entire system falls apart. The parking setup is frustrating, and I can’t count how many times I’ve had to sit stuck at the exit gate because the ticket won’t scan properly. If
