I have lived here for going on seven years. And although this complex has its ups and downs, it feels safe. The location is great. Now, with new management, there have already been positive changes. I'm hoping they maybe build a designated area for kids, and spruce up apartments that have been long standing needing repairs. Unfortunately, prior staff memebers swept a lot of the maintenance orders under the rug, and they're now so backed up now that the new management has come in. But they're doing their best. It used to be a place where the whole bunch of neighborhood kids would play outside and laugh and do normal kid stuff with what little they had. Things definitely have changed and I just hope they can make this place a little more kid friendly and catch up on things.

I’ve lived at Valley Brook for 15yrs. Ashly the old property manager was extremely rude to me and many other residents. She would only fix things for you is she was friends with you. Now there is a new property manager and the lady in the office Donna is so nice. She is always willing to help her residents. Thankful for the change in management.

I have lived here for 15 years. Ashly was very mean . The new lady Donna is mich nicer and goes above and beyond for residents. She is so nice and actually cares and does her job well. Grateful she is in the office now.

Friendly management and front desk staff. Helpful and friendly maintenance work. A quiet and peaceful living space with a newly finished parking lot and spacious townhome. Right behind and part of a quiet neighborhood. I love living here.

***UPDATE JUNE 27th 2024*** CRAZY!! So, this will be my upcoming 8th year and it's regrettable to even have to write this review. Unsure what the property owner was thinking when placing The CABOT group as the property management! Now, when the transition occurred I was skeptical with great reasonings, people who have complained about management how do you feel now? Are you satisfied? As a tenant who NEVER to SELDOMLY had to bother the office have complaints. Do NOT tape a PRIVATE letter to my SCREEN door that was once emailed. When you attempt to CALL the office FOR SURE NOW there's NO ONE there to ANSWER the call. They put in place Laurie as the Property manager but all she has done was send a newsletter out letting the residents know there is a NEW Sheriff in town and she has NO intenti
