They look nice from the outside but the inside is falling apart. The vinyl flooring is peeling up and they refuse to fix it. The water heater is constantly having issues. I’ve called the front office about the constantly noisy neighbors that sound like they are having a stampede party above my head and all I got was a note on my door giving me a notice and the generic “I’ll look into it”. They are more worried about decorating the office than caring about the tenants or keeping the grounds clean. Don’t step close to the rocks because 9/10 time you’ll step in dog poo, and good luck trying to find a parking close to your building after 6pm

Extremely disappointed with this apartment complex. Lived here for two years and it has slowly went downhill. My car was towed without proper notice or any attempt to contact me. I was out of town for work for a week & coming to what is supposed to be my “home” I now have to pay $600 to get my vehicle out of tow because apparently my tags were out of date, being they expired in December & it is barely January…my tags are literally in the mail. I have been towed here before when I first lived here, but it was because I parked in a reserved parking spot & that’s understandable but this is completely uncalled for and it sounds like they’re money hungry at this point because residents are getting towed left & right. There was no clear communication about parking enforcement, and management was

I’m extremely disappointed with Valle de Atrisco apartments. The office management seems completely indifferent, only concerned about collecting rent and ignoring any real issues. They claim certain things are lease violations, but in reality, anything seems to go without consequence. Maintenance is a nightmare—Lalo, the maintenance worker, is lazy and constantly uses vulgar language, which is totally unprofessional. Since the new maintenance team took over, the grounds have become filthy. Trash is everywhere, dog waste is scattered all over the place, and the trash bins are always overflowing with garbage piled up and thrown around. It’s truly a shame because this place is rapidly declining and starting to feel ghetto. I wouldn’t recommend living here unless things change drastically. And

I’m beyond disappointed with this place. I had my vehicle towed for no good reason while others with expired tags park backwards and get a free pass. The management is downright immature, letting people slide on what they claim are lease violations. It’s like they’re running a playground, not a property. Honestly, this place has turned into ghetto project apartments—chaotic and poorly managed. And let me tell you, Zo, Pho, and Ramon? They’re the real-life Three Stooges of property management, juggling incompetence like it’s a talent. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values respect and order.

WARNING: Think Twice Before Moving Into Valle de Atrisco Apartments If I could go back in time, I would never have signed a lease here. I’ve only been living at Valle de Atrisco for a few months, and I’m already counting down the days until I can leave. Save yourself the headache and seriously consider other options. Let’s start with the front desk staff: incredibly rude and dismissive. They act like you're invisible when helping others and can’t even offer a simple “hello” or “someone will be with you shortly.” Once you’re a tenant, any friendliness they showed during the application process disappears completely. They’re only nice when it benefits them. When I moved in, my apartment wasn’t even cleaned properly. Dust, grime, and leftover debris made it clear no one took the time to pr
