Crystall Conner assisted me with my move and the experience surpassed my expectations!!! She was very detailed with her work and consistent with making sure she followed through with every step of the process. Upon moving in she made sure the place was in great shape and she followed up a week later to make sure everything was going well. He made me feel so comfortable and she spoke to me like I was a person not just a client. During this process she made me feel at home and safe. I felt free to talk and express my needs and she ensured me that she was there for me through it all. Crystall is so awesome and she is great at her job. I just moved into Valera East and it was a very nice and easy transition thanks to Ms. Crystall Conner! She made the process very easy and fast for me and if anyone’s going to go ahead and try to apply for an apartment I’d recommend her any day! It was a nice homey feeling as soon as I hit the door and she made that possible. Amazing service and very informative. Y’all come check her out she’s amazing, I got in 3 days after I put my application in so she makes stuff shake and gets you in as soon as possible. 10/10

Ms.Nataly out did herself! She made my relocation from New Jersey to North Carolina so simple , smooth & fast ! I had no issues applying, actually getting my lovely apartment! She has the upmost communication, she is the best! This has been the best leasing office I have dealt with in forever! She welcomes you to the family with so much love!
