After a very busy weekend at looking at homes, Valencia Harbor was the class of the field. Our real estate professionals were the best. Kelly Hawley was terrific. Our sales person at Valencia Harbor, Irina could not haven been more helpful. Her guidance, advice, and tastes were invaluable. Both ladies are true professionals and took the stress out of the process tremendously. We can’t wait to move to our new home.

Valencia Harbor is a beautiful new development in Fort Myers. A quality builder that offers great home designs at a reasonable price. Amenities are fabulous. The sales staff is excellent.

We live in a Valencia community in Southwest Florida and absolutely love it. We visited Valencia Harbor last weekend out of curiosity to see what the newest GLHomes 55+ community was going to look like. It appears it is going to be another fabulous community. We were delighted that we ran in to Irina Nagys, the home sales associate we worked with when we bought our Valencia home. She is top notch and was a joy to work with.
