We just left wanted to see the models and learn a bit about the community. After meeting and speaking with Neil we found him to be very condescending. He was an obnoxious person that insinuated we couldn’t afford this community and should go to Port St. Lucie. From what we did see the homes appeared to be cookie cutter looking neighborhoods. Velancia should look for some new sales person. We will not be returning to learn more about this community we’ve seen all we needed!

A serene and gorgeous environment. The homes here are beautiful, the people are nice, and there are lots of activities that make this place fun. My husband and I are happy to spend our retirement days here.

Lourdes at the front desk is arrogant and condescending. I brought my son with me to see the model homes here and she instantly treated me as if I was stupid. She asked me if I was a future buyer and said no kids allowed to live on the premises. I said “I know that, but my son wanted to see the homes, he can see them right?”. She smiled in a belittling manner and treated me if I was stupid, she spoke to me in a condescending tone. I left with a bitter taste in my mouth. Her comments were uncalled for. She has to be coached on what not to say to customers.
