Valencia at Doral

Valencia at Doral is beautiful. The waterfront view from my living room and master bedroom is amazing!!! The entire staff - from the property manager and assistant manager to the receptionist and maintenance technicians - are very polite and professional. It has been very enjoyable to communicate with them. I completed a military move from out of state, and the entire move-in process was extremely smooth. Highly recommend.

I recently toured this community and honestly had a terrible experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional and made me feel like I was bothering them just by being there. Customer service was clearly not a priority. On top of that, the unit I was shown had dead roaches on the floor, which is completely unacceptable for a property that is supposedly trying to attract new residents. It really makes you question how this place is being managed. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one was awful. I definitely would not feel comfortable living in a place that is presented this way. Very disappointing.

Valencia at Doral is a wonderful community to live in. The property is well‑maintained, the amenities are clean, and the environment feels safe and peaceful. The staff is professional, responsive, and always willing to help. The location is also excellent, with everything you need just minutes away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Doral.

Valencia is a safe community and the neighbors are like family. I love the layout of the apartments. The space remains cool even when the AC is off. The pool area feels like a resort and has grilling options and a jacuzzi. The gym is always clean and stays open late and has a vending machine, there's a room you can play your own videos or playlist as you do your workout. The complex also offers Rumba workout or yoga on a weekly basis. There is a pool table but it's only accessible during office hours. The maintenance staff is friendly and professional and always ready to help. Issues are usually solved in a matter of 3 weeks. Communication in this place is THE WORST. They have someone named Verna who sounds like she hates her job who answers the phone and is entirely rude to FUTURE RESIDENTS. I cannot imagine how she treats actual residents. This already gives a bad image to potential renters. The communication is also so bad for people who are interested in leasing here. No one returns calls or emails. Just wanted to warn people who are potentially interested in leasing here.
