Vale East Apartments

Vale East is a wonderful apartment complex! The maintenance people are so nice and they also fix and respond to things in a timely manner. The residents also also very kind and it’s especially great if your moving from out of town because there’s so many people here our age to make friends with. Which was one of my concerns when I first moved away from home. The front office also hosts events every month and it’s another way to meet people and make friends. 10/10 apartment complex!

Roaches and bugs everywhere. We keep our apartment spotless yet i see baby roaches everywhere. They keep coming in because they don’t spray and other people who live here are not clean. Also they will be pool parties full of people who don’t live here who will disrespect you and block traffic in parking lot. I would only live here if you like bugs

My son lives at Vale East. About 15 plus cars could not get in the gate. I get out to talk to the security guard & notice a kid unresponsive on the ground in viewing distance of where the security guard sits. The security Guy says he was not touching him & Didn't care! Isn't a security guards to to protect? Absolutely Ridiculous & Useless!!! Gates & Pedestrian Gates ~ neither worked. Security Guard says oh well. Prob what happened was that the kid was probably drunk and took Uber home & could not get in any of the gates & sure didn't get help from the security guard! Kids continued not to have access all night & nothing was done! What’s the purpose of After Hours Maintenance when they don’t call back? Disgusting & Unacceptable!!! 😡

Absolutely terrible management, they haven't fixed our dryer during the entire duration of our stay

A nice place if you like living with silver fish and pest control refuses to do their job.
