Vale Apartments

I've just sadly ended what was a two-year residency at Vale Luxury Apartments. Vale is really a wonderful place to stay when it comes to apartment luxury living. It's a quiet, clean, and well-maintained community. Maintenance responses were always prompt, leasing staff are also responsive and helpful, and amenities were always available year-round (even the pool)! I loved that every apartment came with an attached garage and allowed parking right outside the garage, so parking for residents and visitors has never been an issue. I also love that they installed security mail lock boxes for packages. They also started valet trash pickup at the end of my stay. My only con since staying here is that the walls are thin, and living on the 2nd floor, I would hear my neighbors' garages as they leav

Skye was amazing to work with! She was incredibly friendly, kind, and informative throughout the entire leasing process. She made everything easy and stress-free and went above and beyond to help me with a unique situation. I really appreciated her patience and professionalism, highly recommend working with her!

I recently moved into this apartment community, and I’ve been really pleased with my experience. The staff has been amazing—super helpful and patient throughout the whole move-in process. I really appreciate the text updates about maintenance and any activities going on in the community. The community itself is very clean and clearly well taken care of. It has a quiet, mature vibe that makes it feel peaceful. My unit is also much more spacious than my previous 2-bedroom apartment. Overall, I’m very happy with my new apartment and the community. Ok so this review may be a little different from the norm because I have recently moved out. But looking back and reflecting on my time at Vale I feel they deserve a review as follows. First let me make it clear that I did not move out due to any problems or issues with management. I move due to purchasing a home. Vale has been an incredible place to live for almost 3 yrs. I had a two bedroom with an attached garage and really couldn’t ask for anymore. The pool and other amities are beautiful and well kept. The management team is helpful and very responsive. The maintenance team is proactive and quick to address any issues as well. It’s simply been a pleasure living here and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home in this area. No complex will be perfect b

I recently moved long distance from Midland Texas to Vale here in Spring TX. Jillian, one of the property managers here at Vale apartments, took the time to welcome me and walk me through getting settled in thoroughly. I am also a foreign resident, so some of the explanations probably took longer than normal for her to explain. This was highly appreciated. The whole team here at Vale apartments and property rental is exceptional. The amenities and the daily up keep are impressive. I highly recommend this apartment/ town house compound to anyone looking for a peaceful low hassle living. :) Daniel S.
