Called 3 separate days now in regards to a commercial store front space and was only met with a rude person on the phone giving excuses they are a small business… sure the property owner would love the listing given to someone else if you can’t handle volume. So if you own 1008 Clark I’m interesting in renting the space but can’t seem to get in touch with someone to make that a possibility.

I recommend living at one of their properties. This was my favorite Chicago apartment I have lived in. Matt and Julie were very proactive, informative, and kind people. Memo (maintenance) is awesome as well. If I ever had an issue I could text him directly and he would be there within a couple hours. If I didn’t move out of state I would absolutely continue renting from them.

Great company to rent from. Was at the 1750 Mohawk building for a year. They were super responsive and helpful whenever needed, and more than fair with security deposit (got it all back less charge for wall we painted) would rent from again!!!

Worked with Matt today on an issue with a leased building space. He was very kind, thoguhtful and helpful in assuring me the issue is being resolved.

Rude customer service on the phone. It was a female. Don’t recommend!
