Vacation Homes of Hilton Head

We had an amazing family vacation in Hilton Head! The house was beautiful and the property management team was fantastic. We arrived earlier than expected with our newborn, and they were kind enough to let us use a room that was already cleaned. Any small maintenance issues were handled quickly and with no hassle. Overall, a great experience - definitely 5 stars! Only picture I have to share without family members in it is burkes beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home with four families, each with two kids, and it truly had everything we needed. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and comfortably accommodated everyone without ever feeling crowded. There was plenty of room for both adults and kids to spread out and relax. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient, and the abundance of beach chairs provided was a huge plus, especially with a larger group. The home is gorgeous and ideally located—close to town and Sea Pines, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We did experience a few minor mechanical issues, but the property management company was extremely responsive and quick to resolve them, which we really appreciated. Ruined our only family vacation of the year. Property was misrepresented and poorly maintained We take one vacation a year with our kids, and this year we spent over $12,000 to rent 133 Dune Lane in Hilton Head. The listing looked perfect. A beachfront house with a private pool, exactly what our 11- and 9-year-old boys look forward to each summer. But what we arrived to was a complete letdown. The pool was green, dirty, and unusable from day one. It looked like a pond with murky water, sand on the bottom, and no circulation. The deck furniture was rusted, broken, and unsafe. One metal slat literally fell off when my son touched it. The chairs sat in overgrown grass, making the entire outdoor space unusable. This is a review on 7 Singleton Pl. I really hate to leave a bad review as the house is owned by Serge Savard a legendary Montiel Canadien who won 7 Stanley Cups and the Conn Smythe trophy- what a stud and honor to be in his house. But the rental company, Hilton Head Island Vacations really let us down. We paid $1700/ night for a rental after Christmas and were very clear that we wanted a house with a heated pool. We called them three times to remind them and paid extra for the heated pool. Unfortunately, when we got to the house, the pool was not heated. We called repeatedly to get someone to fix the problem, and they told us to quit calling that they understood the problem. This was our first and last rental with this company. For seventeen years we have been visiting HHI for summer vacation and this rental left us unhappy and disappointed. There were issues reported without any regards for the kitchen or the lack of operation and functioning of the spa. Upon arrival, the kitchen was found dirty. There were wet greasy stained plastic containers that had just been obviously placed back in the cabinets minutes before we arrived, dried food on utensils , pizza cutter and other storage containers. There were food crumbles in the utensil drawer container and all inside and around the trash bin. Dried up French fries were noted in back of trash cabinet bin that looked like worms but thankfully just food debris. Thank goodness for that! There was an obvious broken
