UTE Creek Apartments

It is so nice to live at a place that cares about the tenants. We have been here since September and had a bunch of little things happen all at once. The maintenance team is AMAZING and Jose is always on top of every little thing that needs to be taken care of. I felt like a bother at first then Jose told me he would rather we get the stuff fixed even if it's something very small than wait. Thanks Jose and the management team for making me and my family feel so at home here!

The maintenance supervisor Jose was a total creep.. he did some work in my unit in the bathroom and unfortunately for me I was getting ready for work at the time, well when I came back into the bathroom I realized my panties were removed from my shorts and moved to a different area in the bathroom from where the rest of my clothes were. He also kept complimenting me and my unit multiple times. The service was completed a few weeks ago but I’ve been left shocked and didn’t know if I should post this or not. But since then I won’t be making any reports about my unit if he’s going to work on it. At least he did fix the problem in my bathroom for now.

We’ve enjoyed living here overall, but a recent experience has left us disappointed, concerned, and extremely cautious with the management company and owner. The apartment management added a clause to the community garden guidelines asking residents to waive all rights to legal recourse, with no specifics and no discussion. We attempted to discuss with management. We offered specific edits to the contract to address safety concerns (pesticides, etc.). When I raised concerns about how overreaching and vague the clause was, I was ignored. Management repeatedly said, “corporate says,” and refused to engage. I used to enjoy living here. We've been here for 5 years. Everything went downhill once Heather joined the team in 2023. She has made everything a frustrating nightmare to deal with. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the great maintenance team. It took a few years to get a good team, but they are friendly, quick, efficient, and communicative. We are very seriously looking at other places to rent since upper management has refused to make better choices.
