Renters beware! I was shown a house that was "supposed" to be a rehab house, this home is far from it. It's been 90 days and I'm still waiting for maintenance to fix issues. I thought renting a home would be better than an apartment I was so wrong, instead I'm getting the run around from these people who has changed their name twenty times. Please do yourself a favor and go to a more established reputable rental company. Save your self a headache and a flooded room. If I could take away the one star I would.
Very disappointing and rental properties outrageously high totally not worth it!
