I’ve had lenders make me feel like it wasn’t possible by not trying to help me to the best of their abilities or they didn’t try to problem solve. The previous lender I had seemed to be initially delaying the process which delayed my close. They didn’t communicate effectively or barely to the builder. I'm giving one star because I can't give less. My case was handled by Mr. Arnold Herrera, supposedly to process a refinancing for me. I lost 3 months of interest payments with the Hard Money Lender waiting for them to get back to me with the credit authorization, only for him to tell me in the end that I couldn't apply for the credit because I was a foreign national? When the call and the documents I sent clearly stated that I was a foreign national. What a lack of respect for people. I wasted 3 months of interest and time gathering information and constantly insisting for these people to finalize the financing. If you have the opportunity to do business with these people, it is best that you pass it up.

Arnold Herrera is definitely the best in the game. Along with the rest of the team from Academy mortgage. He will definitely get you your dream house, because I can honestly say he help me make my dream come true.
