Unfortunately, this company did not live up to its promises. They advertise that you'll receive leads, support, and real opportunities — but none of that ever came through. I received no meaningful leads, little to no support, and felt completely on my own after signing up. It feels like they’re more focused on getting people to enroll than actually helping them succeed. I would not recommend US Home Inspector Training to others based on my experience.
Likely a scam. I spoke to James, a representative of the company, trying to get set up on their “Pay-as-you-go” plan. He told me they will prepare a website and some other noise, but based on how theirs looks, from a marketing perspective, I don’t want them customizing anything like that anyway. Found them on Craigslist and I hope they don’t find their way to screw people over elsewhere either. You all dont have any good reviews and you think it’s smart to speak to prospective clients the way you do? Some people have no shame.
I highly recommend Home Inspectors of America. I have had the best experience of anything I’ve done in the past. The support is great!!
