US Bank Mortgage

Buying a home should be a happy occasion but my experience with US Bank was the worst. I decided to go with them for no particular reason other than my dad is a customer. I walked into a branch in Maywood to inquire about financing and was referred to loan officer Fabiola Candlish who allegedly was so great. Well she started out great but by the end NOT. One week before closing the mortgage processor got sick so in comes Bridgett Trillet from the Naperville office. When I tell you petty should be her middle name lol. Now I completely understand about the scrutiny because of the previous housing crisis. I was badgered abut small recurring amounts $20, $70, $92 etc. these amounts won’t break me I’m sure. Slow on asking for information, see information on my credit report but made me do a th
