Camille and the other male bank manager/ employess are unprofessional and rude . I unfortunately have to bank here daily due to our company's buisness account. It genuinely Deserves 0 stars. US bank needs to do better.

By far the worst banking experience I’ve had in recent memory. If you want slow, rude, pretentious-no idea what customer service means experience- then go here! I should have known it’d be bad based on the other reviews, they are all correct. From the employee to the manager both were very unpleasant and unwelcoming. I don’t have an account with US Bank and now definitely never will. Don’t go here! You’d think they’d see there’s an issue and rectify it but clearly no. Terrible

I had literally the worst banking experience of my life. I deposited a lump sum. I am trying to do some money management prior to end of the year and ran into online external transfers limits. Then I chatted online to an agent and was given confusing information. Eventually I called and figured out I need to do a wire. Then, I tried to use the help resources to set up my own wire and landed on pages that wouldn't load. I talked to online help again, and they said I couldn't do a wire myself until I had the account for 6 months, but they could do it for me. Turns out they can't do it online and I need to go to a branch. I am disabled and can't drive so I called in a favor to get a ride. I go to the branch and sign up to wait via QR code. Estimated wait was 0 minutes. No one comes out so I

Opened an account and deposited my payroll check last Friday in person. Today is now Wed (tomorrow is Thanksgiving) and my check is still on hold. Being a sole provider for a family of 5, this has left me in a terrible situation. Even after being told from one lady on the 24/7 line the branch can make an exception, the branch said I have to wait still. Now 5 business days will take me to Monday, meaning I will have had to wait for my paycheck for a week and a half. Thanks for the great experience and terrible holiday US bank. I do not recommend in a very strong way.

The US Bank on East Town Blvd. Should be ashamed of themselves. A friend of mine was there to set up an account. He heard and understood every word you people said about him. He speaks and understands English very well. He's been in the US for over 40 years and is a very hard worker. Quit being prejudice! I had to mark a star just to leave feedback.
