I find all the staff to be smart and professional. The bank is very well-run by the manager, Kent Kiesey. Kent is very very approachable and generous with his time and knowledge.
Stay away especially from this branch and really any US Bank. Lilith and Kent do not know what they are doing although go through the motions pretending they do even misplacing deposits. As I write they closed one of my accounts after years banking (formerly Union Bank) with no notification and was just in the bank. They still don’t have any reason why the account was closed and it’s almost a week and I have yet to receive the $. Corporate has been no help either on several matters. Proper agencies are now involved.
Kent & team always deliver an excellent customer service.
I had an insurance claim which required a substantial deposit. The Branch Manager, Kent Kiesey helped me through the process. He was professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this US Bank branch in Atwater Village.
The bank itself is disgusting, and so is the worker👎
