U.S. Bank Branch

Ordered a gift card with my rewards points on 12/2/2025. Did not receive the gift card by 1/4/2026, so they began an investigation. It is now 2/13/2026 and there has been ZERO updates. They stole money from me and refuse to make it right. Absolutely unethical practices at this bank. Do not recommend to anyone.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Paige Alvarez had the ugliest disposition the moment I sat at her station. I came in to do a wire transfer and you would have thought I asked her for the money. I was well dressed and always with a smile but her temperament was very dismissive and cold. If you want great service, travel to the University area branch where you're greeted with a smile and great service!!

We do not bank here (thank goodness) however hubby has the Reliacard from unemployment and NC uses US Bank. Their cash advance system is always down inside (we’ve gone in 3 separate times now). Another time, we came in around noon and their ATM’s were all down and had to wait 15 minutes…. How are you going to ask someone to open an account with you yet nothing is “up and running” meanwhile employees on their phones everywhere you look. This bank is located in the heart of the city. How are you not ALL the way buttoned up??? Definitely do NOT recommend.

I am on disability and due and unjustified review due to a check that was deposited from a medical facility I was unable to eat for seven or eight days, which caused me a emotional mental physical distress and pain. I had to go to a hospital just to get a sandwich, you guys have ridiculous policies and procedures. Nobody can tell me anything besides a letter will be sent to me and couldn’t release the $408 I had. Basically, I feel abused after I repeatedly. Total fraud and dispute my situation nobody care nobody had answers for me. They want to send a letter and a cashier check. Makes no sense at all.

Do not use this Bank. Terrible service. Did not return calls and did not follow through. After supplying everything i needed for a loan they wanted me to use their preferred vendor that didn't have what i wanted. They will waste your time and not stay committed to finishing your loan. After repeated calls and emails they just dropped the ball and did not follow through. I had to go to another bank and had it done in a hour
