Claudia over at Us 1604 is the best. My daughters and didn’t have an appointment but that didn’t stop her from taking us on a tour, showing us all available options. She’s very knowledgeable and very nice. She even stepped out of the apartment allowing my daughters and I to discuss, take a few pictures for placement of furniture. Claudia is Great employee, you should ask for her ever single time.

I rate this complex very friendly and especially the staff. Ever since Claudia been the manager was great. Now follow up by a very smiling happy manager that is in charge now Apple ( super friendly). The reason I didn't give this apartment a rating of 5 is because of thier elevators on some building. As some older tenants that do really need the elevators it's hard because they keep failing. It really makes it hard for folks to carry groceries especially it your handicap. I really appreciate the manager been so kind to have maintenance help us with our groceries. Thou we really don't like to take their time because they are busy doing maintenance around the complex. But in reality this are great apartment and lots spacious rooms and great amenities.

I had an amazing move-in experience from start to finish. Everything was smooth, professional, and truly exceeded my expectations. The community is beautiful, extremely clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere with so much to offer. I especially appreciate the top-notch security, you genuinely feel safe here, which brings real peace of mind. Dee, Katie, Apple and Claudia were phenomenal. Their customer service is truly top-tier. They were kind, attentive, and made the entire process effortless. I’m so excited to be part of this community. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thank you so much, ladies!

Apple has helped us since the very beginning, and nearly six months in, we truly feel at home. The apartments are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. The kitchens are a standout — full-size refrigerator with filtered water (which we absolutely love) and updated finishes that make the space feel fresh and inviting. I've been here for about three months now, and I absolutely love it. The space is perfect, and the view from the 4th floor is surprisingly peaceful and a nice perk. Having an elevator has made living and moving in so much easier. From the beginning, everyone went above and beyond to make my move smooth. Apple hass been super knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Honestly, the people here were the main reason I decided to sign, and I’m really glad I did. Also the gym is the best in the area that Ive seen. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable apartment with great support from the folks behind it.
