I lived here in the 80s and I just want to say this place is haunted. I have so much known history about this place.
The apartments are old for one. The are no longer listed as the Ursula apartments. They are large and roomy and close to the Crenshaw Mall and Leimert park. Lousy parking situation. Hazardous neighborhood
I love living in this area, large cheap apartments with reasonable rates. Everything is local, walking distant if necessary: shopping mall, grocery stores, parks, schools, theater, and restaurants.
Very nice place friendly people down side everything is not walking distance other than the park :/
Work on this area sometimes and have nothing but good comment about the people I have encountered. Looks a little crowded and not enough parking at times
