It’s frustrating how bad their service is. In short, they messed up our move-in, move-out, and everything in between. We moved into a filthy condo (not even wiped down, not to mention the hairballs and holey walls), and they said they’d fix it all. Mostly, they did not. I think their strategy is to say yes and never follow through. (I’ve talked with other renters here who had the exact same experience.) So unless you want another headache to manage, avoid renting from them at all costs.

We are working for more than 5 years now with Urbanista Realty Inc and Eva always was not only kind and reliable but also very professional and attentive. We bought with her our condo we now live in and also rented out with her the one we already owned and even recommended her to our friends who where looking for vacation rentals.
