I've lived at Urbane for 6 months now and have had a good experience. Apartment staff and maintenance have been responsive and kind. The units themselves are nice - it helps that much of everything is very new. I've seen comments about the trash, and the trash can pile up at times at the compactor, but most days when the weather is reasonable it's a minimal issue. There is lots of walking space for my dog and I, which is nice. I don't utilize the amenities a ton (gym, pool, etc.) but they are nice. I am a solo resident, so I can't speak for those with families or more needs than I have, but for myself and my dog, it has been everything I hoped for so far - hoping that continues!

Great apartment with great amenities. My only worry is security. There is security at night, but with everything that has happen, I think that there should be a police presence. At least a drive thru every night. That would probably solve some of the car break ins. Urbane should try to work with the police department to be added to their patrols along with the security company . Once the bad guys see that there is a constant police patrol and constant security at night that would help. Also the trash compactor is a horrible site sometimes. I have personally went and placed the trash in the compactor that has been left outside of it. I think it has to be addressed soon or there will be another problem with rodent infestation. Urbane there should be a notice put out to address this. It gett

Hated it from Day 1 when the front office told us our downstairs neighbors complained about the noise we made while moving in at noon, and then continued to complain about noise during daytime hours because they couldn't sleep. We got notifications we'd be evicted if we didn't stop our toddler from making noise during the day so our neighbors could live peacefully. We were forced to move into another apartment and have been surrounded by dogs barking and the scent of marijuana in the air since. The building shudders weekly as if it's settling or about to start a landslide. The smoke alarm goes off anytime we use the oven and the water pressure is blah. We've had neighbors allow their dogs to run free because no one is watching them and they don't care to follow rules. One even chased my ch

Unless you want to be overcharged at move-out and have to duck in the evenings from gunshots, DO NOT move here. These are not luxury apartments at all, and I’m so glad my lease ended this month. Never again.

Urbane Apartments markets themselves as “luxury,” but the reality is far from it. The location is terrible and does not feel safe at all—there were multiple shootings during my time living here. The property itself is not well maintained for the price they charge, and it certainly doesn’t live up to the luxury label. The staff on site were friendly, but management was a huge disappointment. They did very little to make tenants feel secure or informed. Important things happened without any notice—for example, they turned on our AC after we had already left but were still paying for the unit, and there were constant issues with payments not being communicated properly. Overall, Urbane Apartments was one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this place to anyone lo
