My husband and I bought a townhome in the Aria development through Turner Miller. Turner was so much fun to work with and seemed genuinely excited for us to move into our house. He was quickly responsive with questions and made us feel at ease throughout the home buying process. Shelley, the superintendent, is awesome! During our home walkthrough she had a keen eye for detail and worked hard to ensure that we would be happy with our home. We had a few small things that needed attention and Shelley made sure to address them immediately. I am so thrilled with our new home and can't recommend Urbana enough!

The quality of the build is very good, and their team of contractors (especially Shelly!) made sure the place was perfect before closing.

Turner was the builder/seller, he was excellent through the entire process. High-level service start to finish for over 2 months throughout the buying process, excellent follow up and communication. He took care of all communication between builder, lender, realtor and closing company. The process was easy and painless. Job well done by UrbanaHomes and their team, 5 Stars!
