Urbana at Hioaks

Trash is nasty it stays piled up. Trash bags are ripped open and trash is spread all over the dumpster area. Trash on the steps as well. It’s a very nice place but it seems like there is little to no attention for the up keep of this place. Smh

I was shown a 2bedroom. 2batg apartment with a washing machine and dryer I got a raggedy used microwave 1 bedroom shower no tub and instead of stainless steel appliances black unassigned parking lights on my apartment from people sitting in their car playing music all night my car was broken in to five times. No washing machine or dryer is the worst because I have heart problems

Have been trying to tour this place for the longest, but my calls are never answered. I have tried to set up tours through, apartments.com, the company’s website, etc. Still no email reply, just confirmation about receiving it. I have even been in person to set up a tour and get more information, still been no callback. Website needs to be updated, not a lot of pictures or information about income qualifications, parking, or what’s included. Apartments.com has little to no information about this place as well. Only gave 2 stars because the apartments are nice from the virtual tours. Maybe I’ll finally get a response from this review lol.. 😀

These Ladies are Phenomenal. They have patience they are dependable & they know the ends and out of the company.. I’m so thankful for this smooth process. I want to shine light on Ms. Sharon she took care of me and made me feel good and reassured me every step of the way. These ladies deserve a bonus for their hard work and dedication to this company.. Thank Urbana At Hioaks. I love love love this place. You did a wonderful job with the property.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful I have spoke to Veronica, Sharon and Celia all wonderful. The patience they have assisting you to make sure you have everything you need is very much appreciated. It's great to see women about their business helping the community.
