No on-site management for a Property this size is strange... no signs on property for "manager contact" simple does not generate trust. If you call, you speak with AI instead of a caring team member. I for one don't wish to pay to speak with AI. You lost me.

**DISCLAIMER** The years I've lived at this apartment complex were under Main Street Properties' management. The apartments were just acquired by Grit Property Group (September 2025), which may or may not improve the apartments/complex, time will tell. I've lived at this apartment complex for the past three years and all around it has been a good experience. I've also read a lot of apartment reviews so I will try to be as thorough as possible while also being fair, highlighting the good and the bad.
