Moved in this past July and have had no issues! Javion was a wonderfully helpful leasing agent and got me my dream apartment in the exact area I wanted to live. The apartment was clean when we moved in, rent is reasonable considering the location, and maintenance has been on top of it!

The leasing agent Maggie was incredibly helpful and found me the perfect place. I had to move somewhere asap with lots of requirements and within an hour she had a list of places that were exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for finding me my new home Maggie!

You would think a real estate company would know the difference between a studio apartment and a 1BR apartment. They list their studios incorrectly, and they don't provide floor plans. I called on three different occasions to ask questions, no one answers the phone. Complete waste of my time.

Love this company they are very understanding of how life can do they are fast on the maintenance and they make sure they are all available for us best property managers I have ever had. Communication is smooth and easy they are quick and reliable Ms Nicole and Emily are awesome Javion was my leasing agent for viewing great energy answer whatever questions you have in a timely manner they all are just great

I waited over a month for a showing that was never even given the chance to happen. Communication was nonexistent, follow-up was terrible, and the lack of basic courtesy was unbelievable. It’s one thing for an apartment to not work out — it’s another to be completely disregarded after wasting weeks of my time. If this is how they handle potential tenants, I can only imagine how they treat the ones already living there.
