Urban Plains

Makayla at the Urban Plains office is phenomenal to work with! She made the transition to Fargo super smooth and is always trying to accommodate tenants. It’s a nice place to live that is super close and convenient to walking trails and local businesses / restaurants. Plus it’s affordable for how spacious the apartments are!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Makayla! Her communication was amazing throughout the entire process and we can’t wait to move into our new place!

If you’re looking for a new place to live in Fargo, I would 100% encourage you to check out Urban Plains! The location is prime as it’s right next to the Family Wellness Center/Scheels arena and the apartments are nicely updated, but what really sets them apart from every other place I’ve lived are the people who work there on site as they are all very professional, but at the same time down-to-earth and genuine. They simply made every aspect of moving in and adjusting to my new location so much more enjoyable as they were always there to help with whatever I needed!

I have lived here for almost 5 years and overall have had a great experience. Makayla in particular has been great to work with and is always quick to answer any questions I have about billing, maintenance, or things I’ve noticed around the building. The buildings are safe, secure, and next to plenty of parks, walking paths and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Please keep Thomas and treat him well. He deserves every red cent he is paid. What a lovely human being! He made my day, made me smile, and took the time to address any issues I had. He was personable and a joy to talk to! In this economy with companies seeing employees as disposable please hold onto Thomas and let him know his hard work is seen and appreciated! I have been here since this building opened Thomas and Travis have been a staple of holding these buildings together and running smoothly.
