Awesome new Real Estate being developed in this area. During our visit there were several homes still being constructed. Kyrie Irving of the Boston Celtics, is co owner in an app called House that is being used to help stage most of the furniture in the houses. The developer is using that same app to help furnish some of the purchased homes as well. Economic and Green!!
These homes are so eclectic and beautiful! What I don’t understand is why were they built in this area, and start at $400,000 and up who would want to spend that kind of money in this area I don’t know? Because we were seriously looking! I’m not saying in the area is bad, it’s just not close to anything at all and it’s in the older part of Nashua.
Love the idea, such clean and creative homes. Hope to see more from homes from Urban North. Would be great to see a range of homes ($300k-1.5mill)
