Had to drive 6.5 hours from Cape Coral to their office to speak to the manager was there but would not come out to talk. She used the student to cover for her, Left my phone number and gave her additional day to call me back. Never had the courtesy of calling back. My daughter room had mold growing because water was coming thru the windows. **The only thing that they are good for is charging students all the fees.*** Stay away.

living at urban has been amazing! great walking distance to popular spots in the town, great amenities, and great vibes. have made awesome friends and memories living here. the gates make me feel safe, the workers are always so helpful, and the vending machine is always stocked. free starbucks. fun events. great living spaces. what more can you need?

Beware of this option if you think you will be in a safe, well ran establishment. Management is not available and is a temp hire. (Staff informed me of this issue) They will tow you from improperly marked spaces. Their response was “we hope to have maintenance repair them so it is clear”. We paid a lot more for this apartment and they couldn’t care less for their students/tenants. I can look past the hundreds of dollars in extra monthly fees that everyone complains about. Also, the broken fridge that took days to replace after stocking up with first move in day groceries. The apartment complex allowing tow companies to profit on their residents who pay to park is really unfortunate. Staff members that fail to tell the truth about the managers 3 hour lunch break. Urban has been my home for the past year. The new managers and staff have done an amazing job of addressing past issues and demonstrate a genuine understanding of the concerns I had before their arrival. While there were property issues in the past, I have decided to renew my lease after witnessing the significant improvements made in the last few months. I love living so close to College Town and appreciate the relaxing atmosphere at Urban. There are also many fun events and free goodies that the office team promotes; I remember one day my roommates and I were at the pool, and the managers came out to hand us popsicles and other snacks! The leasing manager, Cameron, is really nice as well – he was helpful when I wanted to renew my lease but had a few concerns. It's really fun living here,

My time at Urban Enclave has been wonderful! It is an extremely well-ran, clean, and fun community. The staff cares a lot about the safety and experience for the residents. I have received a lot of help and great care from a staff member, Tysen. He is a great worker and always enthusiastic to help out! Love this place and can't wait to live here again next school year!
