Urban Atlantic

The urban Atlantic group manages The Harlow, the building that I have lived in the past 2 years. Recently there has been a homicide that occurred in a public part of the building. For myself and many others, that has been the last straw. The lack of transparency and security measures has been pitiful. When MPD responded to this particular call they needed other residents to aid in letting the police in and getting them to the 10th floor. Furthermore during a fire the key to the fire box outside the building couldn’t be found. Today I found out that the 24/7 armed security, that every other apartment complex has, is only employed at this complex for the next 2 weeks. In Lou of the homicide that took place. Many of the residents are livid with Franklin Johnson Group and Urban Atlantic.
