Uptown Village Apartments

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Uptown Village has truly felt like home for us already. From the start, the community has been welcoming and thoughtful, and we’ve created some really good memories here in a short amount of time. One moment that stood out was right after move-in when we realized our washing machine wasn’t working. Maintenance first tried to repair it, and when it turned out a part was missing and couldn’t be fixed, they replaced the entire machine with a brand new one. We live on the third floor, so that alone says a lot about their follow-through and care. We also really appreciate the little community touches, like inviting residents to stop by for hot cocoa and apple cider — it’s a small thing, but it makes the space feel warm and connected. We’ve really enjoyed living at Uptown Village, especially with the improvements that have come with the new management team. You can truly see and feel the positive changes being made throughout the community. The dog park is a huge favorite for us—it’s well-used, well-loved, and such a great space for both pets and people to connect. We also appreciate the ongoing updates and the effort being put into maintaining and improving the property. It’s clear the team cares about residents and is invested in making Uptown Village an even better place to live. We’re happy to call it home.

MJ was absolutely incredible! She was the friendliest agent, and made sure to answer every question that me and my significant other had. We toured 3 other complexes today, and were extremely happy with the variety of floor plans, very good pricing, no hidden fees. Property was very clean, had a beautiful gymnasium larger than any that I’ve seen in a complex before, had a beautiful pool, a car cleaning station, and a walking trail. 10/10, hoping to make this our future home!

Love living here! The neighborhood is lovely. Makes you feel like you like in an urban chic walkable neighborhood. The pool is great, the nature trails around the neighborhood are fun to walk around and the staff are friendly and always ready to help you out. I also love the dog park! All that's missing is for red onion to come back!
