Customer Reviews
My front door was really old and split in half at the strike plate, so it had to be replaced. The maintenance staff was very prompt in resolving my door issue. There was a scheduling mishap with the door installation and maintanenance was super accomodating of my schedule and even brought me a Visa gift card for the troulbe which was extremely considerate and un-necessary. Since I have lived at uptown square the maintenanc staff and front desk staff have been extremely wonderful and pleasant to work with. It really makes a difference.
Lived for one lease and it was great. Maintenance team always fixed any issues within 48hrs and the leasing office was great with any questions especially Romeo! He was outgoing and very helpful at every turn with any situation! Would recommend if you wanna save money as most units are very affordable!
A former resident of this complex I want to summarize my experience. I was there 6 1/2 months and left early as the environment was stressful. I was new to Denver and from day one I felt a lack of humanity. There was no empathy and the staff in the leasing office would handle basic needs but most times I was ignored. Staff just going through the motions. I gave Uptown a mental health warning. It wasn't warm or homey. It's taken me a while to shake off the cruelty I experienced there. I did enjoy the dogs and their owners and the hospitality of Denver. I wish current residents a better experience, good luck😊 best wishes!!
Would give 0 stars if possible. By FAR the most strenuous, exhausting, oppressive and stressful apartment complex I have ever lived in (of nearly a dozen total). They botched my move-in and the Unit that I signed a lease for was occupied when I arrived on my move-in date. This was even after I called the day before to confirm my move-in was to happen as scheduled (and written in contract). The management team had to scramble to find a temporary unit for me to live in and move my belongings into, as the actual unit I signed for was not available. I had to stay in this unit for about a month before there was a Unit even somewhat similar to the one I signed for originally, and forced to move all of my belongings once again (in a 30-day time span) to a different building two blocks over and f
I've lived here 11 weeks now and I can say it's not my best experience. I give it a mental health warning. I can't recommend this complex but the final choice is yours. In my opinion Uptown is not a homey environment. If you work and enjoy Denver nightlife this may work for you. The complex does offer group activities and the neighborhood has some restaurants, a Safeway, dog grooming shop, and other amenities for tenants to enjoy. I do give kudos to the leasing office receptionist and Romeo for consistently doing their best to resolve my concerns. Thank you both for making my stay here pleasant. Leasing office management is limited in communication, patience and compassion. This is my opinion, your experience can be totally different. The leasing staff follow management directives so they
