Uptown Square

I can’t say enough good things about Uptown Square Apartments! From the moment I moved in, everything was smooth, convenient, and welcoming. The complex itself is well-maintained, safe, and thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to come home every day. I also want to extend a special, heartfelt thank you to Tessa and Stephanie. They are the ones who facilitate the smooth operation of the apartment complex. From answering questions to coordinating everything behind the scenes, their support has been incredible, and they truly make the community feel cared for and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place that’s centrally located, well-run, and staffed by people who genuinely care, Uptown Square Apartments is an excellent choice.

Had a progressively worse and worse experience over time. -There is a fire every few months. Like seriously. It's insane how many times the fire department will come, and it's always in the middle of the night. -The pipes are ancient and leak constantly. We have had water come out of lighting fixtures and had them place holes in the ceiling and leave it for weeks. The water is constantly being shut off. -We had bug and pest issues in the first floor, and their pest control is insufficient to fix it. Cockroaches, ants, mice, we dealt with it all. After the first complaint or two about black widows that was insufficiently dealt with, we started paying to have it handled ourselves. - In three years they never cleaned our fire place once, which is a major fire hazard. - The place is falling ap

We moved in here in July. The laundry facilities have not been in working order since then. It is a rip off to have to run clothes 3 times to get them dry. We should not have to take laundry to another floor to do it. This has yet to be fixed. I have complained numerous times and leasing office just passes the blame to laundry company. Maybe get a different laundry company 🤔 ridiculous and unacceptable 🙄

Teresa and the rest of the staff made everything super easy and completely without hassle. When it comes to customer service, these prior set the bar. Any chance to do business with them is a treat and they don’t disappoint. Stop by or give ‘em a call.
