Uptown Flats

Here’s the list for you a lot of roaches unfinished maintenance. The TV in the lobby was stolen a year ago. They never replaced it. The computer room is a storage for maintenance again, the roaches are terrible. The dumpster is always overfilled the gate halfway (Work) the gate keys never work and if you lose them, you’re paying $50 for two of them not to mention the hallways. The exit signs are hanging the fire alarms randomly go off the button for the elevator is always smooshed in. There are holes and dents in the hallway again did I mention the roaches there are streaks going down the wall there’s wet stains and oil stains going down the wall. I was told not too long ago that they were doing screen repair or replacement and guess where my screen is currently it’s still out of my window

🤔Income Restricted for who?lol 🤣A one bedroom apt that is over 40 years old and is supposed to be low income sure is not $2300 or more.Jeeeeeeez really.Huum🤐🫡This needs looking into by Fair Housing.🔎🔍👈🏽👈🏽👈🏽👈🏽👈🏽💯Someone needs to be informed what income restricted is.

I WOULD NEVER suggest anyone move here. Management is terrible. The tenants are so loud after quiet hours. When you report things to management, she never does anything. I am awaken out of my sleep many nights. The rent increases each lease period, but there are absolutely no amenities. There is a call box, but it can’t be used to buzz guest in. You have to go downstairs each time to get your guest. In 2019, there is no reason why a call box isn’t functioning. The leasing office is empty several days a week, so it’s hard to get answers to questions or concerns. Packages get left outside due to the inability to buzz people in and the lack of presence in the leasing office. Things have been stolen as a result. The apartments are nice but the management here is horrible! They are very controlling and nosy. I was told I couldn't have overnight guest stay at my apartment.The management came into my apartment several times without my permission or written notice. The keys for the doors are hotel style cards and are a HUGE inconvenience. We paid $1318 for a 3 bdr 2 bth, there are no amenities and the outdoor space is a joke! Its in a a very trashy area of town. The view from my apartment was two trailer parks both of which are very run down. We didn't have access to the gated parking area for almost a month. I do not recommend living here!!

I made an appointment to view an apartment so I get here and there is no one in the office. The appointment was confirmed for 1 and the sign says someone won’t be back until 3. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time. Definitely won’t be moving forward with an apartment that does not respect my time. If this is how this location conducts business, I suggest you don’t move here.
