This company is selling houses at ridiculous prices (there is NO WAY a house in North Hollywood should cost $4mil or a house in Van Nuys should cost $2.5mil!!). These neighborhoods should be kept affordable, but this company is jacking up prices and selling to influencer party houses, which ruins the quietness of the neighborhood. Moreover, Arman uses predatory practices. I don't know the number of times I've been visited by one of his family members asking to buy my house when I've repeatedly said no. Finally, they've bought up several homes in the neighborhood and built "mcmansions" where once charming houses stood. It's capitalism at its absolute worst.
